rounded for the port and the sub divider (or brace)

silicone will dry clear

silicone will dry clear

waiting for the wood filler to dry before I sand it smooth.

so I just have to cut the 45* angles for in the corners of the box then slap the top on.

Lookin good guys. I'm glad you like it.

Was the top and bottom notches a pain to allow for the front baffle?

yes i did not they were but crashman2k9 gave me the pic and the specs for the box and he told me "i want this" to thats what i gave him. i suggested to double up the front but with the sub divider/brace that i forgot about when i suggested the double front. the front is perfect. great design buddy!
if anyone else needs boxes let me know i am in it for the industry not to make lots of money. (dont work for free tho)
when i was getting in to the car audio industry i got the prefab boxes and lecrapo sony subs all the time. because a custom box was to much for me to spend but once i started to build my own boxes when i first started to work in car customizing shops. i was able to enjoy my subwoofers in the car more and more. the bass was louder lower hitting. thats all that i want to share with others. car audio enjoyment!!!
