2003 trailblaxer ext box build
so i have a pair of Type R 15's laying around for a year (only used for 2 months)that i had in my s10 and they have been driving me crazy cause i want to do a hudge install in the TB but due to kids and room i didnt want to take out the 3rd row, so i came up with a tricky install that will hold 1 15" Type R and still give me some room

its getting there slowly... if only i had more free time but heres what i did in a few hours i had at night when the wife was working.
so i had some old scrached up plexiglass laying around, so for fun i deceided to try something thinking it would be a total flop, but i think it turned out pretty damn sweet. what i did was 2 rown of painters green tape on the back side of the plexi, then i printed out letters off my computer and taped it over top of the green tape, then using a blade i free handed and cut out all the letters. I bought a sandblasting gun on my way home yesterday and a bag of sand , took me 3 hrs to sandblast till i found my method and heres the final result, just going to drill the holes and screw it to the box for a temp window till i get some 3/4 lexan, and then ill get a sign shop to cut me a decal so the lettering looks a bit better, but it looks ok for now. Sorry for the pics, i had to cut out half the lettering so it doesnt look like im trying to advertise on here because im not a vendor

Looks great.. one suggestion to blend it with the vehicle is to get some color match carpet for the box to match the interior color. With all the work you did on the box and window it only makes sense I think.
One question - are you going to make a grill or a top plate so you can load stuff on top or in the back area with the seats folded down?
