Yeah, that's really good with the jig-saw.
What would you charge for a ported box, tuned to 33Hz, for a 12" Eclipse SW7200. 11mm one-way excursion, powered with 500W. The enclosure I made for this sub didn't turn out that well. I'm getting some extra noises at certain sustained frequencies. I think it has something to do with the the double walled baffle. There's only 4 screws and some wood glue holding them together. I think they're vibrating against each other when the tone is right. lol How about a 10" Alpine Type S, in a ported box, tuned to 33Hz as well. 300W of power. |

I can't say I really like he bare wood look for sub boxes. It just seems unfinished to me. Amazing job on the construct tho!

bare mdf? gaurenteed to absorb moisture + swell and stink and go soft in no time
