Audiobahn AW1505x

I'm going to be building a box for my 1505 this weekend, but I'm not sure what the dimensions should be. I'll be pushing around 1000 watts RMS to it, so it'll have to be a very strong box. I'm guessing using some L brackets on the inside will help? Also, since it's a 15, a ported would be better right?

I have a small hatch to work with, and if I remember right, the depth can't be anymore than 18" and the height can go up to 22" (absolute max).

Thanks.

So I can take that measurement and make any shape box I'd like, just so long as it's 3.5cu.ft. right? Also, how do I go about tuning a box?

Sorry for all the questions, it's my first build.

Alright, so I drew up a picture, hopefully you understand it.
The base/bottom of the trunk is 37x23" then at the top it's 37x14". The height is 18".
Hopefully not EVERY part of the trunk is taken, but I can see it happening, so it's alright.

BTW, thank you.

6" flared ports would be nice. port it to the side of the car.

Thanks for that print.
Is there any way I could get the file so I can open it up in SketchUp and take a look at the different angles? If not that's cool. I tried making one myself, but lets just leave it at that :P lol

It's going along great, I've got most of the box together. Just need to seal up the inside edges, add some L brackets and it's good to go.

Just wondering though, what should I use to hold the sub on? I was thinking of some small bolts with rubber washers. Also, what should I do to run the wires? I'd rather not have them coming out the port, so would drilling a small hole in the back of the box affect the performance?
