He uses Win ISD and Sketchup. I use Bass Box but found that neither one have a good updated database. Win ISD for example .... NO JL? Bass Box no current stuff. Unless there is another update that I haven't found.

yup lmao seemed like i was a dumb guy asking where to mount an amp but ya it was a good Q hehe
cant wait to try it out. they even have a 500rms at 2ohm 1000rms at 1ohm 1000rms at 2ohm and mine 500rms at 1ohm... its great for ppl that take out theyre subs often. and it doesnt take any room

Well...The home plate amp is lowered with a transformer to maybe around +-60V. The car plate will need the same final voltage but it will need to convert the +12V DC to AC at high frequency (this way the parts are smaller) using a switching circuit and then brought back to DC at +-60V
My only concern with this plate is whether this thin alu plate will be enough to cool it down or not. Other that that it's your standard car amplifier in a different package.
For 80$ ill try too

hey jalat i hope i can get an answer by tomorow morning lol... how much would it affect the tuning if i put a 3/4 thick by 2" wide by 8" long brace in the port.
the dam hardware store gave me a bent peace. and the only way to screw in the top now is to put a brace to make sure that its 2" from one end of the port to the other.
right now the port in the rear goes from 2" to 2 1/4 back to 2"
