i think your going to have to build the box inside your trunk. use fiberglass and bracing. the new saz-1500's are now in stock you should look into those amps too

Thought about it but the expense this close to xmas is one i just cannot afford. And like you mentioned about the 1500v3, its the first thing on my list. A little pricy so also considering the aq2200d... almost $150 less than the sundown. Thanks for the suggestion and feel free to keep em coming!

I actually have the second half of a 2 part box that i used for 3 12's from my last set up that i was considering. Workedout some numbers and it would work if necessary but was hoping to try a redesigned enclosure that would really make these subs shine. Located in Brampton ON.

im trying to work this out but it will not come out right. with 3 6 inch aero ports 18" long in the two boxs you describe above you end up with 5.49 after displacement tuned to 40hz as i tune lower the size of the box shrinks. see if there is anymore space than "41x18 with an additional 13-14. 32x16 with 11". its just not enough . maybe if you can use external ports.

you might have to use 2 6 inch ports that are 18"32hz-15"35hz long and just deal with 9.55" of port area per cf a bit less output than ideal. .and that leaves 5.92cf or 2.96cf per woofer
