I would suggest it. A nice general rule of thumb is to brace every 16 inches. Your front baffle and rear panel are going to flex like crazy if you don't reinforce them. I would also add a wood brace on the side panel opposite the port side.

I personally have never used rebar for bracing, but would it not make sense to add a washer and nut to the inside(s) of the box as well? You are bracing the outward movement of the box, but not the inward movement...

i would have to agree with mach5 there needs to be a washer on the inside of each pannel if you choose to use threaded stock like that. but i would definatly brace the front and rear pannels as well! if you do that itll sound great !

haha yea i actully did add a washer and bolt to the inside. i realized after i got everyting screwed down, and its not in the pictures.

haha thank god! when i saw the pic i was like omg thats not going to sound good, but what size subs are those the box looks like it might be too big. try rounding the port edges too, it helps alot. id add another baffle too
