Box In progress

Well i finally have shop for the first time ever, and i'm loving it. Our first project was to build anything we wanted so i decided to build a box. Just thought i would post some pics of the progress so far. It should be finished in about another week and a half. The dimensions are 37.5 across 15 high and 26 deep.

Suggestion

Congrats on the shop.
May I suggest some strategic bracing in the cabinet? Unless you've already considered that.

Bracing

I'd suggest bracing the cabinet, AND the subs.
Easy to make it a dual chamber cabinet, the division will act as a brace.
A small piece of wood to support the weight of the magnet.
If the woofer is stamped steel, than back-brace the back of the magnet, to the back wall of the cabinet.

Umm havent gotten to the sound test yet, and its almost finished. I had to shorten it to get it to fit into my trunk which really sucked. We are gonna hook the lights up tonight and hook the subs and amp up tommorow. Ill try and take some more pics

Interesting choice for material to cover the box with. LOL

That box HAS to be too big for those subs though.
