The DeathBox

I'm still waiting for my woofer and amp to come in the mail.
Audiobahn A8005dn

Audiobahn AWC10T

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this box design.
DECWARE's Death Box II - High Output Subwoofer

This is what I have from more than half of a 3/4" sheet of mdf.
The port is a bit shifted, this is my fault because I glued that panel on backwards. Whoops.

Nice and snug

How would you attach wiring to this box?

I was thinking hot glue.

Shiny black

You know what, I was pondering these boxes for a long time! Please tell us your results, if you have a mic and what not(access to one that is). Thanks.

I'd also be very curious on the results as I'll be building a new box very soon.

I am on a tight budget. I didn't do much research on audiobahn, I just went of word of mouth, and got a little hypnotized by the shiny chrome. I have a feeling I will be selling this box with the sub and amp and building a new one.

Still haven't answerd the question though.... how does it sound?

Ignore the other people knocking A-Bahn.. if it's all you can afford then there's no reason to ditch the whole setup.

If it sounds good then you've got no worries.. if it sounds like crap... ask Dukk how to build an ABC box
