^ psh... ask Rob who got him into stretching and glassing In true fashion though - Rob quickly matched and exceeded my skills - his speed eclipses mine. Rob PWNS me on vinyl work. I HATES the vinyl. I did these ones myself though and they turned out nice.

And the white stuff I use to make the ring is 1/8" ABS plastic. Some CA and a couple of staples at the joint and it's all good.

so did you just cut a rectangle piece and wrap the speaker baffle or cut an acutal circle with the plastic? also why does your fg look blue?

^ long rectangle, the height I need for the baffle, speaker, trim ring, and grille, and the length of the circumfrence of the circle.

The resin I use is blue until it cures, then changes to the brown/green colour.
