when your determining the port length do you have to subtract anything for the flared end and the bracing of the corner of the port? I'm looking to build something new for mine(sub and box specs are in my sig) I want to try the kerf for the first time. If you have any advice it would be great. Your skills are way above mine, for the meantime anyways(lol) So please keep it simple!

lol...ive always wanted to say that but it sounds so ghay

this looks like a real quality enclosure, I can understand what is involved being around for quite some time myself in the carpentry/enclosure building and fabrication... I hope every customer of yours appreciates what you put into these enclosures

How big if you don't mind me asking? Mine is 2.6cu ft. +port displacement, + sub displacement for a single 12" SSD.

Those pics don't do it justice! Mine at 2.6+ cu ft. takes up nearly the entire trunk of a 93 civic.
