Finally built some tweeter pods
I've been using Velcro to hold my tweeters up for too long. Since I bought them back in August 09. They're nothing fancy. Enough to keep the stock look to my car and so far they're turning out quite well.
Used some stuff called Quicksteel ($9/4oz)

its something like what you would use to fabricate small body repairs, or something along the lines of that.
i remember using this kind of stuff when i was younger on WARHAMMER 40,000 lmao... except they called it "green stuff".
@Njord - is this product easily found? CT? home depot? did i jsut answer my own Q? lol
edit: btw it does look good, i want to try this for my tweeters as well.

It was really easy, just make sure the plastic is prepped other wise its not going to stick.
Quicksteel is an epoxy, clay like compound. All you have to do is mix the clay then mold around the tweeter.
To prep the plastic I took some sand paper to it, then used a boxcutter to scar it. I also drilled some holes so I could work the epoxy into them.
Lots of sanding after the epoxy dries, then to clean up all the little imperfections I used some putty I had laying around. More sanding, then about 5 coasts of krylon black.
