Here's how you put 2 18's in a trunk in 10 cubes

This is a box design for two 18's with the port and sub facing into the cabin, it's two boxes. You of course lose your back seat.

You can fit two 18's into an Alero trunk if you cut the trunk opening to the maximum (20.75 x 38), maybe a grand AM or a like-chassis. I'm pretty sure you could fit two of these boxes through the doors (20.75 x 19 x 53ish depth), which you'd have to take off.

Sub must be outside diameter 18.5, cut-out 16.75, .26 displacement.

Just put two of these side by side:

5 cf3 @ 33 hz

The first verticle blue line is the end of the rear deck. The second verticle blue line is the front seats.

< 4-door.

What's the max. square you can put through the door? Mine is like 21 x 28, how does 19 x 20.75 not fit? Is it the depth of the box? Even I would have to take the doors and seats out, and then shimmy/angle the box in to fit 53" depth. There's 49" at the lowest between the doors on the inside. Tight fit...

You have a great list of places to visit and you did a good job of grouping them. I reviewed the list and sorted by General Area (Upper West Side/Midtown/Downtown) and then by Neighborhood (in Parentheses). I also sorted in descending street order so as you make your way in one direction, for example the items on 5th Ave start at 59th street and work down to 34th Street.
