Hunting for Help!

O.k. Ive taken on something which i completely underestimated..

Ive been looking at making a box in my trunk. Its a 05 Mustang GT.. The actually building of the box shouldn't be an issue, however figuring out the right dimensions and such has been nothing short of a headache for me so far.

the subs i picked up are Realm Audio LFT 10-02. Two 10" subs, 2ohms. The info i have:

Fs = 29hz
Qes = 0.508
Qms = 4.859
Re = 4.6 ohms
Vas = 33.98 litres/1.20 cu.ft
Xmax = 11.5mm
Mms = 143g
Qts = 0.46
Sd = 0.333 sq. m.

1-W SPL = 84.6 dB
2.83-V SPL = 87 dB
Driver displacement = 0.065 cu.ft

I'm trying to make a vented enclousure for these 2 subs, and basically i was trying to go with what it was recommending, but with different dimensions.

it recommends:

Vb = 0.75 Cu.ft
V(total) = 1.04 cu.ft
Fb = 36.26 Hz
F3 = 35.13 Hz
Fill = normal

External dimensions:
A= 13.0" (height)
B= 18.0" (width)
C= 11.0" (depth)

Internal Dimensions:
A= 11.5"
B= 16.5"
C= 9.5"

Wall thickness 0.75"

Vents(for one sub): H= 1.0", W= 8.0", L= 20.0"

Here's where it gets tricky, with the trunk..

I've measured out my trunk and i can get in a height of 12.0" where its right behind my seats. Also its a max of 40.0" across my trunk, basically , wheel well to wheel well.. I'd like to make the box at 39.0" wide. Its these 2 measurements id like to keep.

Its the depth of the box that's giving me just a little bit of trouble, but really its the vent that's giving me the headache, with its dimensions of 1.0" x 8.0" >.< I would like to have 2 vents on the outside of the box, but can i make them longer and still have 1.0" narrow... and isn't 1.0" too narrow? and if i change the size of the whole doesn't that change the length? At any rate i could and wouldn't mind going with rounded ports either.

I'm also having trouble figuring out the port volume to subtract from my air space along with the displacement for the sub. I mean i know the displacement part at least.

And finally, i have one last question.. I'm hoping to get a plexi glass back for the back of the box.. 3/4" you think, and do you think this will be ok for at the rear of the box?

I'll see if i can upload what i made on autocad so far aswell..

K, heres a top down view of what i conjured up.
Stuff i forgot to add on the image:

The inside height is 10.5"
Outside height is 12.0"
The port height is 8.0"

boxtopdown.jpg?t=1240820202

The only thing that troubles me with it is that the port height is 8" and the total inside height is 10.5" so i figure i might aswell block off the entire side that the port is on.. is this complete stupid and wrong?

Oh yeah, and the reason i figured id put the port that way is because i figured on putting plexi glass on the back to show off the magnets, ect

If i did my math right the inside of just the part where the sub is at is 0.7422cuft.. which i think is what i wanted.

Thx but i think that's for a sealed box. I've been messin with winISD beta aswell, but cant seem to figure out some of the things.. mainly inputing a couple of the parameters and just what the graphs mean..
