I need sub box help

I need sub box help

I have 2 Rockford fosgate p3 d4 12s and Im going to put them in my single cab silverado and and I don't have a whole bunch space but i want a ported box the best I can do on box air space is 1.43 and I need 1.79 to meet recommended will it effect abunch if I don't make it big enough or should I just go with a sealed one and if so does making it bigger that recommended hurt or help the sound

You don't have enough air space for ported but will work sealed. With your airspace 10's would be perfect.

sealed will be fine but with little room the breathe will leave you wanting more probably down the road. depending on your goals i'd suggest finding more room IF you want that extra output. And just from my own personal experience.. sealed really has always lacked output regardless of woofer and amp combos.. unless your doing 2k + worth of power then its ideal to go ported regardless.
