Looking for enclosure generator!

Hi

I've got 2 12d hcca's waiting to be installed, but have yet to find the perfect box plans. The other day while searching around I found an awesome site and now I can't remember where it was.

All I need is a vented box, but not just a shabby hollow square with a port, something nice. Anyone know where to find this info or have any plans for single or dual hcca vented enclosures?

That happens to me too. I blame it on too many years of loud music.....

As long as the airspace requirements are taken care of, you can make it look any way you like.....more info on what you are putting it into would be helpful....

If these are your subs, all the info you need is on the page.....depending on your music tastes, available power etc., the box design process can begin....

welcome to the obsession.....

Hey thanks alot big red... but no H2's aren't my thing. I'm an a/d/s/t orion fan, not this new Directed junk. They are hcca 12d's, the original.

I forget alot , but i'm not too sure the music is solely to blame...

It's goin in my wifes 98neon, tomorrow I can take some more measurements. I've read that designing the box right you also need the port a certain amount of space away from the sub, and I want to do this one right.... it's the last one i'm doing for myself. Looking at 1.5" walls the whole way around with internal bracing.

I want this to be my permanent install, (i've said that about all of them) but this time it's not gonna get taken out. It was a pain in the *** to get all my hcca stuff I sold on ebay 3 years ago back again, and cost a hell of a lot at that. I've got a 275G4 for each sub. I dont' have alot of trunk space because neons suck but I gotta work with it.

I know there isn't going to be a perfect enclosure, but I want it to sound damn nice. Like i'm done damn nice. Never gonna mess with it again. Here we are about $8,000 poorer than the last time I owned all of this old Orion stuff and i'm not about to leave it again

I've been very good with making boxes in the past, and they all sounded very nice but if there was something that I had missed before I want to get it right now so I don't have to go back again

It's been my obsession for 5 years running...lol. I think i'm headin up to Mobile Dynamics in toronto next year, just so I can finally get certified. I've got 3 years worth of electronics degrees but who wants to sit and fix tv's.. even amps when I can be installing them, jammin to it and getting paid for it?
