Nice! This is one of my future project this summer, i have the same problem, my sub/box just takes too much space (baby stroller can barely fit )
I'm sure my wife will be happy when i get it done like this.(whipping sound)

Looks phenominal...How did you get the carpet to stretch overthe curves??

Little bit of encouragement :P The carpet was actually an 1" shorter than the enclosure. I had to cut an X in the woofer opening to allow the extra stretch needed to cover the face.
