Bin there done that, fits the car like a glove, once i get the final layer of resin+body filler on we are gonna cut the holes test fit speakers again. I already did before we did anything and they fit snug.

Yeah i will be getting my car around christmas. 2006 Pontiact G6 GTP 6-speed. I know like nothing about car audio, i am really trying to learn.

I keep thinking that they are minature mountains and a little model train is going to come around one of them.....hehe.... Good job so far for the first try.

HOLY CRAP. You can stop over at my house with that car any time you want and let me take it for a spin hahahaha. I fell in love with that car ever since I put groceries into ones trunk at work. MMMMM tasty.

As far as I know, you shouldn't mix any paint into resin. Im sure it would effect the curing process. Unless you want your unfinished resin to be coloured? Painting and clear coat should be the final step for that enclosure, assuming you are painting it.

I want to paint it but i might just wrap it in white vinyl.

what about using an epoxy gelcoat ? its what they use on carbonfibre and fibreglass boats they are coloured

Yeah my uncle was talking about that, the question is, does it come in custom colors? My buddy wants it the same color as the car. Its a pear white with a sparkle blue undercoat.
