Alrighty, worked some stuff out. Seems like a small box so I'll see what you guys think. From the PDF of my sub, I see it is 2L of volume, and each sub needs 20.64L of volume. So here are my calculations.

Sub volume = 2L x 0.0353146667 = .070629 ft3
Box Volume (ea) = 20.64L x 0.0353146667 = .728894 ft3
Total box volume = 2x(.728894) + .070629 = 1.528417 ft3

This is where I seem to have a problem, that seems awfully small. Heres what I cam up with, seems really small for a proted box. And sorry the numbers look so awful, it won't let me use text boxes in MS paint.

EDIT, width is 24', not 23"
Total Volume being 1.53483. Once the centre brace is put in, this will be almost bang on with my calculations.
Port calculations : 3' Diameter, 6.400690000000001 Long. Tuned at 38Hz (like the PDF stated)

Here is the site I used for my box volume and port size. I really like this site because it works out wedges seperately. Subwoofer Enclosure Calculators, Fraction to Decimal, Parallel, Series, Port Length and Volume Calculators

Anyways, let me know what you guys think, and if that sounds like resonable dimensions. Will be building this week, and should have the gear in the car by next weekend I hope

Come to think about it, I messed up on the calculation, it should be
Total box volume = 2x(.728894) + 2(.070629) = 1.599046 ft3

To accomodate for the extra volume needed, I'll be making the bottom depth 16' instead of 15', which will give me a volume of 1.6097 ft3

No I'm out by Cobourg.
as for the subs working. I WAS going to build a ported box for them as i bought them in a porrly made sealed box.....Then one day they started making ummmm intresting noises (nothing like bass just lots of noise lol)/ no noise and i went back and pushed gentley on the woofer (with them off of course) and all I can hear is a scraping crunching noise so i think they are garbage now
