Omg my speakers wont fit!

Heres my predicament ive recently purchased 2 sets of 6.5 speakers to put into my car (1990 Honda Accord LX) . I removed all the door panels and everything, excited to make the switch when to my disbeleif i found out that the mounting depth is too deep for my fronts!! The two sets of speakers i have are the CDT cl-63 (http://www.cdtaudio.com/drivers_overview.htm) and the Rockford fosgate T162C (http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_details.asp?cat_id=3&series_id=34&family_i d=15&item_id=91991&locale=en_US&p_status=)

I was wondering if there is any way i could put these in (whichever one is easier to put in the front) like speakers brackets or kick panels or if any one could make a fiber glass enclosure for me.

I am in the GTA.

Make your template for your 6.5's out of MDF. You can then make the MDF as thick as you need to allow room inside your door.

I had the same problem with my 1997 CR-V and my CDT CL60-CV's, they were too deep, so I took the panels off, ripped out the jigsaw, and cut off the piece that was blocking me from installing them. I was going to just make 2 rings of MDF, but the tweeters hit the stock grille.

It did hit the grille in my vehicle, not sure if it is the same clearance in yours. It may be worth a shot.
Maybe chop three 1" blocks of mdf before you cut the ring, then just put them and check if you have enough clearance. If you don't, you may have to rip the door panel and do what I did.
Or you can always send your speakers to me, I accept donations

Wanna make a real difference - have a shop build you a custom peice to attach to the door over the factory location and point the speakers towards the middle of the roof (Interior Light)..
