I paid $28.98 for mine. I hope smpl_gy didn't pay more than that.

 

Unfortunately I paid more for mine ($70) . Back in the day, I used to design and build enclosures for a small shop so I knew what to look for. The box itself was constucted very well (5/8 MDF) and the port was flared nicely but I forgot to inspect the body of the port itself...My mistake...It was cardboard but, you live, you learn...I sold that system to a friend a few months ago and built myself this bad boy out of fibreglass and 1.5" MDF speaker baffle...How do I like those apples???.....Very much !!!

 

At least it worked out for ya in the end.
