Sealed sound at both max and min specs,

Sealed sound at both max and min specs,
I have an L3, its in a ported bo tuned at 36hz, its alright, but not the kind of bass for me,
i made a sealed box and with the measurments it needed to be came out to 1.32cu/ft.
kicker recommends a minimum of 1.25 cu/ft, and a max of 4.6 cu/ft,
now that got me thinking, what would the same l3 sound like in a box at minumum spec, and max? i would think the air's "spring" like compression would be much lower in a 4.6 box, but what would that do to the sound?
just curious...
and if it should be in a box bigger than 1.32, i have polyfill batting, should i line the walls in it, or buy the loose to stuff in?

As a sealed box gets bigger, the resonant frequency drops so you will get deeper bass at the expense of slightly reduced output, impact, and mechanical power handling.
It is generally more beneficial to stuff an enclosure than just line the walls of it.
