The process he uses is called Kerfing, its VERY tedious but the end result as Sub Sonic has shown many times, is phenomenal!! Keep up the builds and posts!!

Does rounding the ends of the port do anything funky with the tuning,
or do you account for that in the design?

I can't for the life of me get mdf to bend like that without breaking, and tip or hints?
