yes,seat closes fine.
the top dash covers 3.5inches of the top ledge so i didnt bother doing a clean job of the top.
first coat of paint just went on.got a ton of wet sanding.

the neon,no not yet.its just a matter of getting the time to drive up to tow it home.+well half to put front and rear suspension under it just to tow it.
but its worth every cent.
