Looks good?
It's hard to give feedback without knowing the dimensions of the box and ports, the subs that are going inside or what kind of output you are looking for.
But that does look like a pretty kick *** design, your cousin will be one lucky mother trucker.

The manufacturer's are starting to get right into this stuff now......a full 5.1 surround system with drop-down 32" LCD screen is now a factory option in the latest Volvo tractor units...... It even has a sub built in under the bunk, remote control, etc. etc. The screen is motorized and will only unfold when the rig is stopped, but the audio system sounded pretty damn good to me, and if I had to drive one of those trucks everyday it would be well worth the money.
Getting back to the original drawing.....unless I'm missing something the only place for the sound to get out of that outer box is going to be the ports.....which begs the question why the double layer box?? Both sub boxes I've built for those types of setup's were plain ol' dual 10" boxes (one sealed and one ported) with heavy metal grilles to keep the woofers safe from those steel toed safety boots....

Ok The reason for the inner Box is, The Bed frame Dosent seem Tough enough.
As for the Ports they will be 3", The Subs are OZ Audio 12s.
Band pass boxes Make me wanna Puke No offence to the Likers out thier
Now Dukk Would have 2 Holes make more sence then Porting from the inner box to the outer?
