what can o do to do to stop it ?

what kind of screws are you using to secure you sub?

i'm useing the stock screws that come with the focal

try using some #8 1 1/4" deck screws.

i think i need to add some new wood and add longer 2" #8

either your wood is weak or your srews have issues i would run heavy robertson screws , and try to stay away from dry wall screws

my mdf is 3/4 inch so i used 3/4 inch screws witht he sub its just enough so it doesn poke all the way through, and make sure if u predrill the bit is smaller then ur screw...
