not enclosure.. the 4 subs in one on that one amp.

Running 4 woofers on one amp is no big deal if the impedances work out.

Running two different brands and/or sizes of woofers in the same frequency range is what you generally want to avoid. A guitar and a saxophone cover much of the same frequency range but they sure don't sound the same
