for spl cocking the subs sidways is not the best plan but i like the big port! what is it tuned to by the way????

No idea man lol
will find out on july 1st ....do a sweep and get my hrtz and go from there.

I still have to put in the baffles and seal the sh** out of it.

What's the difference if the subs are sidways of up & down?

No room on the outside of the front to spare ...can I cut a peice to fit the inside or would that be too weak?

a pice of scrap mdf 3-4" wide by however high your front baffel is placed inside the box will do nicely
