My bad i retract my previous statement..lol Well thats a much better power jump. I think i was thinking of the 12s. Have you thought of smaller box bigger port? Have everything facing into the cabin?

theres no possible way to face an 18 into the cabin a 15 into the cabin with port is posible but only 1 15 i could also do 2 12s into cabin the 4 10s i have are facing into the cabin but i think i can get more with a more efficient box im trying to sell my 10s to go with 12s or 2 15s not sure yet

Where are you getting your info? The AP 30001D makes 1000rms @ 4ohms (14.4v), 2000 @ 2ohms and 3000@1ohm (or so the manual states). So, with box rise and voltage drop (which you don't have much of) you'd be lucky if it gets 1000rms with a single VC 4 ohm sub...

I think your still going to get better results with either 2 - 12's, a 15 or keeping 4 10's. That you can use all the amps potential. Switching to 4 ports will greatly diminish the interval volume. Look at my second post. I figured it all out for you up there.

The best compromise I found for you was 4 6" ports about 34" long. Still leaves little over 5cuft airspace and tunes to 39.25. This was assuming .125 port material thickness, if it's larger, the Vb will be even smaller.

You've heard that tuning before, if you remember what my tuning was. You said yourself, it can still get low....
