Will this be loud enough to make my hair move a bit and make my bones rattle?

I guess it depends on how long your hair is, and how frail you are.

Probably not... Ive had lots of expereince building boxes for DD subs. They like smaller boxes, 4+ cubes is way to big. My 9515 was in a 2.3 cu/ft tunned to 36 Hz and it put out, hit all lows and was clean sounding. Try that maybe even tune a little lower with the 2515 cause its not as strong and will need the extra loading to hit deep lows well.

So what volume do you recommend? Should i tune it to say 32hz, and how much port area should i use?

2.3-3 cu/ft tunning around 32 Hz is fine. Port area i would use 2 4" aeroports, or the biggest slot port i can fit.

Only 2 4" ports doesn't seem like much for port area, is this because of the smaller box? So this would go lower than the dd spec boxes but how would it compare for volume?

2 4" aeros is plenty for just about any daily style box. My 9515 had 2 4" aeros so it will be more then enough for your 2515.
I built the DD spec box once and ill never do it again. Wasnt to impressed with it at all.
What do you mean how would it compare for volume? 2.3-3 cu/ft compared to DD specs. Easy as pie.

I mean would a box of this size be louder than the dd spec box?

I think so. SPL wise 100% yes.

Another one of my boxes for a 9512 was 1.5 cu/ft tunned in the 50 Hz range and it was retarded.

How would effieciency be affected by the smaller box?
I had the 2515 in a 3.8 cube box with two 4" ports tuned at 38hz built for an old kicker ex15 running 120rms and the 2515 wasn't that much louder running 500rms. Thats why im looking for a box design coz the 2515 should blow the old kicker away.
