What Should I Be Tuning My Box Too (Dubstep/hiphop)

hey just curious to know what you guys think i should be tuning my box too.

i was thinking around 34 hz. ill be running a single 12 fi q / ported box / sundown 1200v2

styles of music :

DUBSTEP

and hiphop

I would do 30Hz just to be safe. Some of that DJ stuff gets down real low.

at 30 hz am i gunna be safe with other genres aswell like rock,rap,club .. etc.

will it still give me a nice range of bass ?

not a single one of those youtube vids worked.
I am getting into dubstep now as well, love to hear some more.
I agree with above tune low... the stuff I have and listen too digs deep. Because of the complexity of amount of low end I find that you dont need the extra output available by tuning higher. I am ditching my big ported box for a single 10" sealed mainly because I feel it will blend better and reproduce more accurately.

tune it to 30hz, yes you will still get a nice range for other types of music. My box is tuned to 30 hz and it sounds amazing. I would say 2.5 @ 30hz would sound great
