Hey everyone! Im going to be building my box this weekend and i picked up this glue..... Its "Elmer's Probond Stainable wood glue. Is it strong enough to hold a 15" aq hdc3? Also should i use Wood screws or a nail gun?

Yes! Excellent glue.

Yes! Using just glue is tricky unless you have a boatload of clamps...

double sided tape.... jk nail gun is much easier and quicker obviously but either will suffice

glue the wood together. Use clamps to hold it and screw it down to increase more presure then tighten the clamps.

I ound that using screws in MDF split the MDF a lot!

Pre drill and countersink all your screws. That way you dont split the wood. Make sure you have clamps and corner clamps, it makes the job 100x better and quicker. You could use drywall screws, ammke sure they are at least 1 1/4 inch in lenghth. I use deck screws cause they are coarse thread and bite better and dont have the tendency of snapping like drywall screws.

^ Good advice. I generally use a brad nailer though with no problems.
