If I were you, I would do the research and do it yourself...it's not that hard if you have somewhere to do it, have some planning skills etc.
It's really not that hard to make a box yourself and get good results. Just plan it very thoroughly. I usually write down the amount of space I have to work with first. Figure out the dimensions I need (maybe from the sub's manufacturer). Then plan it out on paper...length, width, height of each piece. Go to home depot and get one sheet of MDF. Give them the paper and tell them that these are the sizes and cuts you need.
Now all your wood is cut for you (easy to fit in your car). Grab a jigsaw for $20 bucks (to cut the hole for the sub and ports), some silicone and some PVC piping for your ports and there you have it!
*You will need a drill too to get the hole for the sub and ports started before you can start the jigsaw.
Oh and I find that the drywall screws are the absolute best when working with MDF.
Be sure to have the right dimensions for your ports before you go ahead and buy the pipe though.
You can do all this and have a great sounding box for under a hundred bucks...not bad mang. You can sexify it up if you like with carpet and stuff like that if you want. This is how I've been doing it for years and it works wonders. And it's fun too, and will give you sense of pride as you roll down the street bumping your tunes.
Good luck!
