We need to hear from the guys competing on when they want to arrive.. There going to need cleaning time/ tweaking time.. So how early do you want to get there? before noon on friday ok? This will determine departure times.

I worked out the km's..
Calgary to regina is 755kms @ 110km/hr = 7 hours (Plus a hour for crap i guess).
Regina to Winnipeg is 572km's @ 110 = 5 hours
Winnipeg to memphis is 2159km's @ 110 = 20 hours (plus 2hrs of crap).

Let me know if those numbers sound dumb..

 

Also we should try and book rooms at the marriot, sense its right across the street from the event.
