It looks like we are all still a little disorganized... does anyone have a room booked yet? It appears the Wyndam is fully booked so the Marriot downtown appears to be the best option

I would prefer to pay a few extra $$$ for this hotel as it has a skywalk to the convention center and it would be great to mingle with other competitors and what not. Keep in mind the other hotels in the area can be reserved for around 80 as opposed to 116, so there is a $ 36 difference divide this by 4 and were talking 9 bucks each per person. I phoned tonight to check room availability and it is filling fast like Moe had said. I would like to book this, this weekend but just want to make sure were all on the same page. Also when are we leaving? I vote Wednesday morning that way we get in Thursday late night. I know this is an extra day but we are all going to be absolutely beat when we arrive. I think its worth the extra night to relax and give us all day Friday to prepare and what not. None of us want it to feel like a rushed disorganized trip.

This is just my 2 cents but let me know what your planning.

were booked for the 17 to the 19th is that the correct date..

Departure times:
Calgary - Leave 8am Oct. 15
Regina - Leave 5pm Oct. 15
Winnipeg - Leave 11pm Oct. 15

These will permit arrival to Memphis the Thursday Oct. 16th

Are these times still ok?
