i once watched a lady who was stopped at a stop sign back her suv up onto the hood of the poor lady behind her right to the windshield. the poor lady behind her was driving a Volkswagen gti.. i gave my info to her if she needed a witness. three days later i get a call from her insurance adjuster asking me what i saw.. she informed me that the lady driving the suv filed a report stating the lady behind her drove right under her rear end.
u can imagine the power it took to push a vehicle up onto the hood of another vehicle to the windshield with out stopping...
