I just ordered the oem dash kit to replace my metra kit for my 2008 civic (its garbage, colour and fit are off). However, The trim ring that came with my w505 wont fit. I've heard that the Scosche kit has a trim ring that will fit perfectly. Anyone know where I can get one for cheap (and quickly if possible)? When I phoned Scosche, they were asking almost the same price as an entire replacement dash kit for just the ring.

 

I have both the single and double din trim pieces from the Schosche kit you can have if your in the Toronto area.

 

Unfortunately, I'm out in Alberta. I'll pay for the shipping though. PM me if your cool with that. I only need the double din trim ring.
