Yesterday I remove the stockers to put in my Kenwood 6*9's which went in fine, but with the new stock radio in the Cav there fronts' back speakers have 2 sets of wires, 1 seems to be for just the lows cause when I plugged it in the speakers was getting just lows, but if I plug in the other wires the speakers sounds normal the speaker is moving pretty good but I lost lik 90% of the bass because if I hook all 4 wires to the + and - on the speakers they conflict big time... how can I wire it up? I also noticed on the stock speakers there where 2 IMpendence levels one sides stated 4 ohm and the other was 10 ohm I think... if anyone could help me out that would be great!

Thanks

yeah, I knew they where dvc just wondering how they where setup... almost like the "woofer" part of the sub was dvc , then the tweeter was it's own connection basically... soo the only way I can see this working is getting another amp and doing it that way, or have a direct connection for the tweeter like the similiar setup with the stock speakers???

Bi-amped? then why does the 2 sets of wires get fed from the same supply? outta the 4 wires there the bottom 2 connect to the woofer, then there's a jumped wire that goes to the other side of the woofer, almost acting like DVC then the top connection of the 4 wires goes direct to the Tweeter, soo I could see it being bi-amped that way, but not with the way to the woofer is setup... almost like the woofer is a dual 10ohm and the tweeter is a 4ohm or something.. it's an odd setup.

And the two wires that power the woofer give me no sounds, just bass.... so I can't just use them wires or it sounds like poopie....
