2007 BMW 323i Professional radio

Does anyone know if the BMW 2007 323i Professional HU has pre-amp outputs? If not, is there any other way to connect an outboard amp?

Thanks!

Most cars don't have RCA outputs, I can't say for sure for the BMW but my guess would be no. My guess would be no for all cars hehe.

Many amps come with high level inputs so that you can connect an amp to any system in a car.

The DQL8 might not be exactly what you want. Something more like the JLcleansweep or rf3sitxy.1 might be more up your ally.

Thanks! I am looking for something that will allow me to maintain my car's HU, upgrade the speakers and amplifier, and connect a CarPC to enable it to play FLAC or WAV files from a removable hard drive.

The JLCleansweep looks like it will do the job, but I can't find anything on the rf3sitxy.1. What is that?

The Dension piece gives you full ipod and usb in while keeping thr full factory unit head, and even displays the folders and artists on the factory head. And gives you a 1/8 input for sat. radio etc. as well.

I had looked at this box a while back, but got put off by all of the complaints that I had read. Also the unit does not support FLAC files (although it does support WAV ones).

I don't want an ipod, but would like to be able to play uncompressed music (which in the Dension case means WAV files).
