2012 Ford Fusion questions

Hey folks,

if I have a 2012 Ford Fusion (equipped stock plus Microsoft Sync package) am I able to add on this subwoofer and amplifier without having to replace the head unit?

We do not want to replace the head unit since we want to keep all the original functionality of the system that was paid for; merely want to add this available amp and this available subwoofer

JL Audio HO112R-W7 Ported H.O. Wedge™ enclosure with one 12" W7 subwoofer at Crutchfield.com

JL Audio HD Series HD750/1 Mono subwoofer amplifier — 750 watts RMS x 1 at Crutchfield.com

I already realize that an aftermarket deck and even speakers would be amazing but the problem is that the actual owner of the vehicle wants to keep the original deck, head unit, appearance, and functionality

This should not be a problem, right? I need a pro to weigh in here if possible!

Basically to summarize I just want to know if its possible to use the two pieces of equipment above in a factory built Ford Fusion 2012

Thank you in advance for any help!!

Cheers!
