5 channel amplifer suggestions

I'm looking at 5 channel amps that i can run my system with while not killing my stock electrical system. i'll be running a image dynamics idq v.2 dual 2 ohm sub and a decent to above average set of component speakers up front that will want something between 100-200 watts just havent decided on a pair yet. i've got a 90 amp alternator and will more than likely upgrade the big 3 and get a better battery.

the only one thats caught my eye so far that might work was the new rockford fosgate power-1000 special edition amp but like i said i value efficency.

Rockford Fosgate Power 1000 was/is a limited edition amplifier and they are sold out. You might be able to find one on a dealers shelf. If you find one they are good amplifiers.

My stock electrical system is pushing a PDX 1000 and an Audison 2.4LRx with 4 gauge - Zero Dimming. All my grounds are to the front seat bolts not to the Batt

Big 3, 2 gauge and a Kinetik 1400 are going in next week for extra help to the electrical!

Eclipse makes a fantastic 5ch, as does Audison, PPI?

I wouldn't be to worried, 90 amps is fine even with big amps for music listening.

Look into the Blaunpunkt THA-555, class D full range on all channels.
Its really small and easy on the electrical. Contact vendor smartass on this site for pricing.

Alpine also has their 5 channel PDX amp out, pretty expensive but small and full range class D.

For big power for your fronts, look into the ED5, it's on sale now at ED< contact vendor PORTIMEX on this site. This amp is hige though, but very versatile if you want ot run your front end active.

The memphis bells are no good for 2ohm loads.

For cheep, you can look into hifonics zeus ZXi 8006 or Lanzar VIBE531

Why not look for a 6 channel?
You say it's a dual 2 ohm sub, kind of hard to find a 5 channel that'll handle a 1 ohm load OR put out any power at 4... so why not go for a 6 channel and bridge channels 5 & 6 to your sub wired in series?

Forget all my suggestions then, I found amps that were good at 2ohms for the sub.

1ohm
US AMPS AX5600
ED is still good
Memphis baby and big belle.

How about a memphis 5 channel? the belle is 75x4@4ohm + 1100x1 @ 1ohm, alot more than you need for the sub but who doesnt love ALOT of headroom? lol.
They have a smaller one aswell 55x4 + 400x1 I think?

im liking the looks of this ed nine. five amp. just to be 100% sure i could run a couple sets of 4 ohm components up front for a final impedance of 8 ohm on 4 stereo channels, and also wire my sub to 1 ohm on the 5th sub channel?
