It's cheap, will be plenty of bass for a crx,and it's light . I had a Kicker 10L7 in a ported box. That thing weighed like 90 pounds !!! And it was too much bass for what I wanted... So that's why I'll get an 8" sub, but I want a quality sub, so thats why I decided on an e8A4.4

Aw come on ya can't go wrong with a 12 :D

1 e8a4.4 is plentiful in a ported box for a crx.
If it was a cheap 8" it's a different story. This eight will perform like a normal 10".

What's the definition of a "normal" 10??? pretty much it will come down to the box design..

By normal I meant a relativly inexpensive 10" woofer.

when you get it, let us know how it is.. i've had my eyes on those 8's for a while, but i've been too cheap to cough up the dough
