Are they any good cars for spl?
Just wondering cause the split hatch.
The glass looks like it would flex alot releasing pressure.
Any thoughts welcome.
Anyone used one of these cars?
Thanks.
Jeremy.

My boyfriends brother has a 95 Civic hatch. It did ok for spl just not alot of room in the hatch area.He was using a single 12" CerwinVega Stroker in a 2.4 cube box and did a personal best in Street A of 145.3 on the TL meter. He wasn't using as much power as you have though he only was using a Mmats D300hc so around 1200rms.He was also just using his stock battery. So with the power your using i don't see why you couldn't hit a 146-147 maybe more with a little work.If you want the complete dimensions of the box that he used just let me know and ill see if i can get it for you.Hope that helps
I'm sorry I'm not a honda person.......but as far as SPL goes you have a great car. I've seen Civic hatches easily into the 150's......Stick in the single or double sub setup with The biggest baddest ported box you can fit and the biggest baddest amp u can afford lol
when i saw this post i figured there would probably be a reply from Dan.......and he probably would mention me somehow.........and what do u kno.
yah good car for spl to do a small class with. seen them do over 150 with a proper box and abit of power. ask the dude that posted above me, he spl'ed in one.
