does anyone know how to create there own wallpaper im not liking the ones for download from alpine... is there a way to make my own?

 

I am pretty sure that you cannot create you own.

 

yea kinda sucks they don't have really any good ones on the site that i like anyway

 

what you download from the i-personalize site, what format ar ethe images in?? maybe you can convert your images and load them up...

found this thread on a search for changing the wallpaper.....

lots of luck... just to save you all some time, I tried changing the file extension, and same exact file size (64k).... nothing works, it seems that its not even able to accessed by bitmap programs either.... im calling alpine tomorrow.

 

yea if you get it let me know i tried all that already also............stupid if you ask me

 

isnt that a mac file extention?

 

i have changed the file extension to .mpeg and you can view it in irfanview. i have had no luck making a working file, but if someone works in out please post.
