alpine mrpf300 for mids? Good deals on 4 channel 4x100rms edmonton?

I found a good deal on some alpine mrp300 $200 -260 for two amps.

Has anyone run this amp for mids and does it sound good? I realize some older class d 4 channels weren't good for mids but maybe this one is new enouph that its good not sure what the time frame of its developement is. They sell them now but was it developed a few years ago?

Since the discount price I was thinkin get tw0 bridge one so i get 2x100 rms for my type r 6.5;s in the front then on the other 2 channels for the rear mids and 2 channels for subs.(not lookin for huge bass) I realize i woln't have fader control

Really what i want for now is a good 4 channel 4x100 rms so in the future if i wanna run 4 mids at 100rms i can and upgrade with a mono for subs, pulling bigger wire at the same time.

thanks for any tips

It's a solid amp. I dont think our shop has had any come back for warranty and it puts out good amounts of power.
