i've never seen any before but just wanted to get some peoples opinions.. any searches i came up with were korean..

 

serials and stuff, appears fake... but how do you fake a picture like that? it's got a manual, box, and the amp which all look identically matched. why not e-mail him and ask for more pics?

Possibility: they made one type of model for one year, and a newer one for a newer year, or something like that relating to countries... just throwing ideas

 

Guys, IT IS NOT MADE BY ALPINE. It has nothing to do with alpine. It is made in some sweatshop in Singakoreachinatiawanapore and made to look like another well known amplifier. It is indeed a real live amp but made to look like something else.

 

this is why i dont trust craigs list, ive seen too many scams on it

 

^ BINGO!! what Rob said. This is a common ebay and internet scam used for years. Just like the the Focal scam.

 

thanks guys... seemed fake after i could find no support on alpine site, just didn't want to miss a good deal (if it was real, and im to dumb to find a manual)..

 

i'd say it's real, for $100 why the hell not? try it, i would at least.

 

its a real amp just not an alpine (as others mentioned too), but the internals are prob something cheap, im betting its prob only 480 watts in total..

 

Or 48Watts ....Max
