what do u guys think of the 12" type r? the 2005 one? ill be powering it with a pgx600.1 and i want sq...so probably go sealed..
u know the pros and cons of this sub..etc..

I heard 2 05 type-R 12's with a 1000W RF amp, it had poor SQ, but the box was a factory alpine flare ported. They're FRIGGIN LOUD tho.

im running 1 R 12 with the alpine mrd-m605 amp.

in a ported enclosure tuned to around 35hz.

its great, nice and low, responsive for just one sub.

im thinking if moving upto 2 though, but dont think it will be happening.
