OK. Right now I am running a Sundown sae-100d- (1000RMS) wuth 4gauge wiring.

I am thinking of installing a 4 channel amp now as well with 8 gauge and I was wondering what/if I need to do for electrical. Personally I don't really want to upgrade alt.

I think that my factory alt is 105amp. (2000 Grand prix factory)

I do plan on wiring the "Big 3" soon, will that be good enough? Will I need a new amp/battery/cap.

 

i would just get a deep cycle battery and call it a day...like an optima yellow top or something and it should be fine. the big 3 is good way to go on top of the battery

 

Big 3 first thing, I'd upgrade power wire to 2 or 1/0ga. Especially if your planning on going bigger in the future. Lastly a good deep cycle battery, but I'm still only running a CT eliminator... lmao
