It's good to know I'm not the only one that has this problem, LOL.
What sometimes works for me is, to go to the install section of good forums and check out some of the really nice installs and their progress pics. It can really be inspiring.

i find if i listen to music, i can "hear" what it sounds like on my system in my head, and that motivates me to finish it. but as soon as i stop the music im like....eh forget about it

I get like this every year, right around this time.

Too many things on the go, and just can't get up and do stuff.
Maybe take a day and don't think about audio at all, just do other things around the house... eventually you will get sick of that, and promptly go finish your vinyling.
