Hey guys...

I have a friend who just got a 10" Kappa (I'm helping him do the wiring)

Anyway, we're wondering which amp is necessary between these two :

I know that the exile is 50 watts weaker then the sub but the MTX 4002 is 550 watts stronger


Worst comes to worst, should he return his sub and buy this one instead :

And also buy the exile?

The MTX is a 400watts rms amp and not 900.

 

Return the sub, get the MTX 10" that is $199.99. I can't remember the model number, but that thing is amazing for the price, and it pounds pretty good on even 150w, let alone the 300w its rated for.

So it's ok if the EXILE is 50 watts less than the RMS of the Kappa?

 

If future shop won't/can't put REAL Specs on thier site, i won't shop there.
